The main tailbox parts along with the optoinal input shaft and gear that comes with the rigid-boom conversion kit.
We are going to run the articulated system so the wire drive input goes on the shelf.This kits comes with a bg of
extra shims and enough to clearance the model for a lifetime! I only needed one thin shim and the gearbox was perfect.
Test fit mesh beofre lockite, then when you are sure its good, clean and locktite with 242 locktite.

White tri-lithium high pressure grease in box.Here just a spot of 603 to lock set screw into place securely.

Fully ballraced bellcrank and slider assembly, note brass threads for bellcrank and locknut used.

The tail hub parts are next along with unique thrust bearings and safety/fully dampend hub. Grease all bearings
during assembly. No shims needed here.

A very robust system... 2.5 mm rods throughout
and HUGE Blade grips as standard.Fully ballraced
pitch compensator andmixer arms standard also.


Finished tail hub.. we will now stripe and balance
the blades.. note: pin lines up with pitch arm and bladegrip
as exra safety precaution.
