Since I am running the hard boom conversion on my pod and my fuse kit I decided to go ahead and slip the adpator
on now, a little 603 here as well.

The first stage of gear system begins here with CNC machined delrin main gear.
The BOTTOM bearing gets 603 on shaft, and later when the chassis is together
we dab a little on the top bearing inner race to secure it to shaft. It may be nessacary
to "Rotate bearing blocks on the frame sides to achieve proper mesh. This is also
used to mesh second stage to first as well. Take time here and you will be
rewarded with a very smooth set-up....

Delrin main gear attached to hub... Main frames going together now, I leave one side without 242 locktite on bolts
so I can remove one side for mesh clearancing. (rotating brering blocks and adjusting shims til smooth rotation is
achieved, I had to use NO shims and it was perfect!) Both sides must be boltd up to check it properly!
