SOARMASTER COMPACT is an electric-powered glider of all GRP / CFRP construction. The wing and tailplane are of hollow shell construction, and are supplied pre-finished in two colours. The ailerons, camber-changing flaps and elevator are attached using »elastic flap« hinges. The model features a three-part wing, i.e. for transport the outboard panels can be removed, so that the aeroplane can be transported in a smallcar. Wing and tailplane are screwed to the fuselage. For accurate landings the ailerons and flaps can be moved to the so-called »Butterfly« (crow) setting, allowing landings to be carried out in very restricted areas.
