NEPTUN is a freelance design of a cargo motor ship. Thanks to simple construction it should be particularly suitable for the junior modeller. The superstructures can be moved from their normal position over the center hatch to one over the aft hatch. This permits building the model either as a cargo vessel or as a container transport. Contain ers are available as a supplementary set.
Profusely pre-fabbed components, such as hull, superstructures, life boats and cranes etc. simplify the assembly and shorten the building time. The use of plywood for the decks in place of plastic parts is the result of numerous requests by ship modellers.
