Sales Policy

CREDIT CARDS / PAYMENT  WE ACCEPT:

We accept: Visa, MasterCard via phone orders and Visa, Master Card, Discovery and  Amex via PayPal / Online orders. Personal checks held for clearance.


SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped within 24 hours . We use UPS and FedEx and Panalpina system (for our largest models). If you need to expedite you order simply chose shipping such as Next Day, or 2-day service, please choose the desired method when ordering. These services may be limited depending on your service area. Holidays and weekends will delay delivery. 


SHIPPING CHARGES FOR ORDERS WITHIN THE USA:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Oversized or heavy items or extremely large orders will incur extra fees. Dimensional weight is charged for Oversize items. Standard  sized items will be charged the standard rate.

In most cases for very large models, special freight may need to be arranged. Contact us at  info@v-eastonline.com or  941-925-9653 for more info and a specific quote for your shipment.


SHIPPING CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International shipping charges are calculated live on our website, based on the total weight of your order. In most cases for larger models, special freight must be arranged through either land or sea system. Contact us at  info@v-eastonline.com for more info and a specific quote for your shipment.


BACKORDERS:

Backordered items will automatically ship the item to you (via Standard Ground) when we receive the item back into our stock. Backordered items to US addresses will be shipped via Standard Ground unless you specifically request otherwise, even if the original order was shipped via Air.


SPECIAL ORDERS:

  Special order items or non-stocking items are not returnable.

 

RETURNS:

  If you need to return something we accept returns up to 30 days after the date of purchase. No returns on special orders for any reason /special orders must be prepaid. All returns/cancellations are subject to 20 % restocking fee. All returns must have an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number issued by contacting us prior to returning you merchandise and be in new in un-opened package and in un-used/re-saleable condition or your merchandise could be refused or returned to you,. Shipping is not refundable.

PRICING:

 All prices are subject to change. We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing but errors can occour. If such an error occurs we will notify before your product ships.

 

WARRANTY:

 Graupner products carry a 2 year warranty for matierials and defects. If you have a warranty issue with a defective product we will work as quickly as possible to resolve the matter for you. We can only warranty Graupner products purchased from us.

 Graupner USA cannot accept responsability for loss of property/Life for the use/misuse of the products we carry, the user accepts full liabitity from the moment of delivery and is obligated to operate his or her model in a safe and responsable manner.
