Here we line up the tail rotor which has been bolted to it's bulkhead using 2 mm wire through the
Upper holes for angle gearbox. The bulkhead needs some fitting here as you have to grind the opening
out for the tail box --- Using the wires as the guide. Note : stick the skinny end of bulkhead down into
the hole first to see how it fits each time you the fit of your cutout. You wont need very much at to make
the bulkhead fit, so go slow.

No Now we grind the flat 3 mm from the end of the180mm(short shaft) wire so the tip has complete
round point to go into the rest of steel hub in the gear. Here you can see the wire short shaft does not line up
central! but it is very close! A tiny preload is ok, but watch the rotation of the shaft to make sure after you tighen
set screws on tail box.

Once we checked the length of the drive shaft by bolting the angle gear box and mechanics in place,
we can now securely attach the main drive shaft to the gear in the box as we did the short shaft.
I like to leave myself a note in a case of a bad crash deep inside the model.
It reads" if you can read this, boy did you screw up! "

Here I deviated a bit, I split up the bulkhead wood for the bell crank to both sides to add support to where
I planned to have the fin bolt on instead of glue on.

Once everything lines up and re-checked , I then pour epoxy with micro-balloon filler
into the channel and turn the drive shaft very so often until the drive shaft is completely
encased with epoxy, this holds the teflon liner in shape and in the channel. Of course the
mechanics stay bolted up until the glue dries overnight. You turn the drive shaft until it
reaches its most relaxed position(usally curved down, the low spot).

This what your gap should look like on the coupler.
