It's a good idea to tap the holes 2mm and 3mm respectively and use 603 to secure them.

The wood blocks under the arms serve as locks and rests for the massive 4 mm links when in the down
position. A shot of the front gear installed. I will be using Robart wheels for a more scale look. pics coming soon.

Main linkage all done and bulkhead installed. You adjust the long rods to adjust the gear heights ,the mains
pull up almost out of sight, but not quite. The front is set up once the atvs are set for the mains, then here we can
play with rod length and ball end point on the arm to get it to "jive" with mains.

IHere is how the upper brace looks. it will have a forward tilt so be dont be alarmed. Here is the first step in
the tail drive assembly, we insert a 2mm spring steel wire through the upper rear holes to aling the 180 mm rod
we attach temporarily to the tail box. When the wire from the box is in the center of the tail touching the
through-wire, the tail bulkhead is tacked into place using ca glue when we are satisfied with the fit. Later
we epoxy both sides for a sure bond.

Here is box with 180 wire attached for test fit. Some cool shots on the gear below. Then back to the tail as we have to grind the shaft opening
in the tail fin first before we can fit the bulkhead for the tail rotor..
