...
The main gear is all done at this point and ready for install. Here is the wood set test fit together,
no adjustments were needed! The CNC cutting produces perfect fitting pieces. We make sure we  use
a flat surface to glue it  up as shown below.

...
Lots of weight and make sure all is square then run thin CA into the seams WITHOUT kicker. Let it all
dry on a sheet of waxpaper for a few hours. Later the enitre unit is slid into the body as one piece and then
all the areas to be sanded are marked on the fuse and one final test fit of the mechs to ensure that everthing
lines up nice with dome opening.

...
The wood fits perfectly with no adjustments. Now we are ready for the marking of the areas to be sanded.
we remove the wood once again, sand the fuse with 60-80 grit paper in the marked areas and then wash
thoroughly with soap and water or pre-cleaner.JB weld is used to secure nuts under the wood system
before we glue it all in.

...
We use a LOT of weight to hold it all flat and true to our level surface. Once the glue sets overnight
we can move to the main gear install which only consists of two bulkheads  per side and the servo bulkhead.
They just slide in and were glued in with thin CA and then CA Gel to form fillets.

...
I just wanted to show how deep the CA glue penetrates, much deeper than epoxy. He a pre-fit shows
us that no fitting is required!

...
TThe servo holder on the left is glued in place and the next step is to trim the bellcranks. These are ball raced.
