Most of the parts shown here (some small parts in bags) CNC cut 2.5 mm 10 ply plywood is
standard. All wood parts are pre-cut. Cockpit parts included as well as crystal clear windows.

   Just a nice full shot before we begin. Both side doors are removable. The fullsize NH-90
does not have full cockpit doors, rather opening/ejecting front cockpit windows.

 T The cowl needs only a minimum of screws to attach since the fit is perfect and has a unique retaining lip.
As you can see here, the 91. mechanics get lost inside this beast.

  Here is the landing gear ,Ballraced bellcranks, ultra heavy duty 3 mm pushrods, brass bushings,
and super light wheels make up the kit. Here is the preliminary sequence of assembly. Clean all threads
with alky or acetone and use blue locktite to secure everything.

  Sand the bushings and CA glue tghem into thier proper place. make sure you pay attention to the orientation
of the parts! Here is one of the units ready for test fit into fuselage. Also, the threaed shaft has a slot on one
end for tightening. point the slotted end towards the inside of fuse should you ever have to back out the stud
to remove gear. I also tack the alu-collars on with a little 603 seating fluid. This makes removal hard as you have to
heat them slightly for removal. I would rather not have them come loose and stay snug. Just  a thought.
