Window installation

    . .
Windows are rough cut to shape, then laid on the body and scribed with a fine line marker
leaving about a 2 mm overlap on the skin of body. This is for the three back windows only.

    .
I like to mark the outer most edge of the inside lip to help me trim the glass just right.
It makes the line much more visable and you're less likely to make errors this way.
All of the other glazing is cut "to fit" the recess openings. The factory lines are very
close markings on the windows themselves, but check twice and cut once!

    .,,
All done!

A lot of time spent on fitting them just right, take your time.

,
ALL front glazing will now be glued in,  front doors too as soon
as inner panels are installed. I will then wet sand the windows,
tape em off, paint the frames in black(glass only), then they will

get clear coated with rest of body.Screws go in outer frames.
