                          Detail and finishing procedures...

                                           ..     ..

Metal tape is used to enhance surface detail so that it doesnt become minimized by clearcoats.
Burnish the tape bu using a smooth object(spoon) , then sand with 220 paper to level it out.
You can also use filler is need be, but try to do any bodywork before you apply tape.

                                          ..     ..

After a little prime you can really see it pop out. On the belly I wanted to enhance the belly panel-
lines , so I used 1/32 tape ove the grooves and primed OVER the tape several times.

                                        ..   ..

As you peel the tape with the primer still tacky, you can see the results. After a lite scuffing
they look even neater. This will ensure crisp lines that will later be inked in with micro fine lines.

                                       ..     ..

Carbon sheet was used to form inner wheel wells, thin ply cn also be used.Glassed in from inside.
My lady is all dressed and ready to go to orlando for a primer makeover. Stay tuned
I have picked a scale scheme that is unbelievable! So a week break from Our Lady
and on to other back logged projects and schedules.
