                                            After all dry fitting has been done, I then remove all screws and sand the areas to be glued.
                                        WEST SYSTEM epoxy is used with micro ballons filler , this glue is left to set after mixing
                                        til it gets firm, I then run a bead around the ring (after pre-wetting both flanges earlier with runny
                                        glue) set the pieces into place with screws again and left to dry....then remove screws and shape
                                        with 150 grit to 320 paper...

                                                            This is what you get with some time a patience... no filler used yet!
                                                              Small amounts of heat from heat gun is used to pre form shape of flange
                                                              when dry fitting. Only a few spots need it. Just do it slow, think it through
                                                              and cut once. This area will need only tiny amount of filler. Holes from screws
                                                              will be filled with thickened epoxy, not filler.
