This is what I am going for... after all the wild paint schemes I have done in the past I chose
pure simplicity and elegnace for this model. I will be using the scale rotor system from Hugo
as well done in dove grey.

I used dupont 2k urethane system with no clear coat whatsoever. This model was painted outdoors under a tent and good condtions such as low humidity and
zero wind. I used a standard automotove touch-up gun that I have used on all my models (ingersol rand gun, $50.00 at most home improvment stores).

   The landing gear in its completed form ready to install. The rivets and plates show up nicely, another bennefit for not clear coating plus a lot of weight was saved.

   The windshield is mounted using over 100 #00 stainless screws. The black border will be painted later. Doors are hung in thier final places and handles/latches
will be mounted next.

   This is the Hugo Markes scale Eurocopter Starflex rotor head and swash, even the follower is scale! The rubber boot is made by my good friend Stefan for Hugo
and the entire system is most impressive and quite massive. The links and rods will be scale as well. More to come in a few months...
