Tail rotor bulkhead glued in from both sides, Hole in fin to allow for wiring since I glue the
vertical stab in place( I never take em off ! ) .A small brass lead wire to guide the route for
LED.
Important:Hard boom conversion:
check tail box mounting flange with the hard boom in place to make sure the
boom is right up against bulkhead with mechs bolted in place. You will not have to cut
hard boom at all, just set the tail box bulkhead deep enough to meet boom. Boom then
slides over protruding housing of tail box once it is installed.

Winglets are glued on from back side only, Here is the best way I think to make light weight
parts for trim tabs. I use .030 plastic available at any good hobby shop. They look metal
once painted and weigh practically nothing.

Slots are cut to accept tabs and glued in with epoxy. Note rear LED is squared off.
