Windshield brace tab installed, this ply is
as hard as maple! multi- ply used where
high load strength is needed. Lite ply where
it is not. Graupner actually GROWS
there
own wood in south america at their own balsa
/plywood plant, which employs a good
percentage of the local population.

GRP tail cone to be used in tail
install, more on this later... I use left over glue in the pot to
set these mid window screw blocks into place.
Clamp using alligator clips, let dry. drill.

Vertical stabs are marked using straight edge
and sanded just in that area, then I mark
them again since I sand the line off . They
are ready for glue once the fuse has been leveled
so everything lines up nicely. Stabs are set
90 degrees to horizontal stab .
I set them with a drop of CA glue , then epoxy
them into place with microballon filler added.

Can you see the other fin? make sure the leading
edge angles match..again like fly bar
paddles. Once set , proceed with gluing.

The line meets with leading
and trailing edges. Jodi looks like he approves of the time
