WWire cutters are made from three plates, two larger than the other. Sandwich the smaller between the two
and you get you blade. Solder quickly , let cool and sand the edges and shape.

The flat plates are formed then soldered to the blades... then you can mount them with back up plates under
the glass and find the right anlges for the rods while they are mounted. Remove, solder, check and re-install.
Quick soldering is important, too hot and the whole things just falls apart... use heat sinks where you can.

You can also use a 40 watt soldering iron to tack the rods on, I use a torch for everything else.

We then laminate the lower sides with 1/16 ich ply sheet, shape and sand... the add the glue rivets.
