Wire tail drive installation tips:

 I then install the channel in the fuse with drive shaft excess sticking out the rear. Once plugged into the tail
output on the mechs I make sure the drive shaft wire is pushed into the output shaft on the mechs as far as it
can go. I then push on the tail box onto the shaft as as as it will go and measure the distance between the
bulkhead and tail box mounting flange and then adding one additional mm to be cut off that length. This will
allow the drive shaft to maintain a 1 mm gap at the tail output end on the mechs. Also a flat is ground into final
cut-off shaft ( one side only) Bolt tail box in place "Dry"(no locktite) and see below...

 Here you can see the gap. At this point the drive shaft is "hanging" with  a curve. This is too much so we bring
the channel up to it but still leave a slight continuos curve in it , see below...
note: there must not be any side to side curve, just up and down.

  The excess cutoff piece for channel is used to create lateral support, and here you see the slight curve as the
middle of of the shaft rests at the bottom of the channel and the tail end is also at the top of the channel forming
one counties gentle curve. This will produce a very smooth tail! Once all is good, lube shaft with light teflon oil
and final assemble.
