The rear bulkhead is placed with slight
forward tilt at the top, take care it does'nt push on the driveshaft when
fully installed.
Here is the rear servo plate roughed together...

I will wait on the servo install until I paint the wood.

Tail rotor 60 degree bellcrank control and some
pushrod parts... shown here in sequence, trim the ball off as it is not
needed.

dDrill a point 20 mm from the corner of
fin recess, add wood strip, Drill and countersink hole on the outside and
install
as per plan. I will add some more supports here
later....

Servo bulkhead positioned correctly. Tail
control pushrod matierals shown here, we use JB weld to make up the ends
on the carbon rod. More on this later...

The rod is notched up a bit and
sanded to promote better grip, use JB weld to build pushrod. I mark the
length I need and
use pins to hold until dry.

The pushrod installed with ball, note the
glass work here as well, also I added 3 mm blind nuts to the back side.
Here
are the door parts (only one wire is used, the
rest of the four pieces we use to make step plates later).
