TThe IGB end of the tube assembly has the inner sunk in 1 mm from the end. It is then thin CA glued into place... Just let
the CA run between the tubes while rotating and soak up the excess on the other end with paper towel as it drips out.
Take care not pour CA down the middle sleeve liner... just take it slow. All done and ready to install in IGB only after the
drive shaft has been cut to 842 mm ( I left mine a few mm long and checked it twice...then trimmed it)

...
We then make a gradual even bend with a 10 mm on one end. Here is the lug you have to remove on the IGB in order for
it fit properly.

...
AAfter checking I trimmed and excess shaft... I also used 603 on the shaft when it was installed after i was sure of length
being just right and having the bulkhead for IGB tacked into place in good alingment with the tail. In short you can always
cut more off if need be, but its hard to put it back. Measure twice, cut once. Now sand the area under the fin for the IGB
bulkhead.

...
I check alingment before adding screws using a pencil mark, then I drill for the 2.9 mm screws. When tacked into place
the short driveshaft should exit centrally. Later I also add 3mm blind nuts and bolts  in place of the 2.9 mm screws for the
tailbox mounting part number 728.3 (3 mm blind nuts). After I trim everything, this bulkhead will get some light glass cloth
and thin CA to finish the bonding (both sides).

...
ttThe tailbox is fitted and the distance measured is cut off the shaft plus 1mm, from the mounting flange on box
to the bnulkhead surface. When all is fitted on the IGB, we also glass cloth the bond both sides, then re-install
later.

...
Here is where I deviate a bit. I chose to use the u-blocks for wooden channel inverted just kissing the shaft in the installed
position, this gives me hard bottom, but wide enough to slide the couple through upon disassembly. I then bolt on the intended
brackets both sides to lock the shaft in place...grat care must be taken not to push the shaft out of line when installing these parts.
You can also just the blocks as they were meant using two criss-cross zip ties to secure it. This takes a little longer to remove,
but what the hey? It all takes time!
