Ok, with the test fit comes the next step and that is to mark off all the areas that the wood touches the fuse. I then sand all
of those marked areas with 60-80 grit paper then again wash out the fuse with clean water to remove all sanding dust and
to clear the "pores" of the sanded areas for maximum adhesion. The wood kit is assembled without the two front stub-bulk-
heads on a flat surface with heavy weight on it check that all is square and correct we then apply thin CA glue first, followed
by beads of thick CA glue later (a few hours). the whole thing is done on wax paper and let to dry 'til the next day. Do not use
kicker here or in the fuse.

Once dry the wood is fitted back into the fuse the glued in place using thin CA first, followed by thick later. You can
see how the CA "wicks" into the grain of the wood for superior bond, it also does this within the glass.

Next we can install the bulkhead for the servo taking to orient it correctly as per drawing.The bell cranks are then cut on
one side to create the retract lever. Use a 2 mm and 3 mm tap to tap the holes first!

I will wait to glue these blocks in until i have the servos in just be sure, this is what the completed arm should look like.
Next: cut the 3 mm threaded section of rods down to total length of 128 mm . With the ball ends on, the total length should
be 157 mm.

At this point I install the front bulkheads again showing glue I added some alu-tube to sleeve the strut for
penetration. Next we install the retract servos and finalize a more scale appearance.
