Fuel System:

...
There are three vents/fittings on the header tank(pilots side) and the two on the main tank(co -pilots side). It is basically set up
like a glo system only with no pressure feeding the main tank. It simple gets vented outside the heli. Use P.F.M sealant to ensure
a leak proof seal on the fittings. The bolt also gets trimmed now to fit flush. Use teflon tape to seal tank lids.
Fuel clunk part no. 6800.5  and yes we stock em.

...
This is the FESTO fuel cut-off valve mounted downstream of the solenoid...  a small brass tab holds it on place. Also you could plumb the lines
for valve to ahead of the solenoid. Either way is acceptable.

...
The filler line and vent line run from here to the tanks.. we fill from the header tank... the overflow fills the main , then to vent outside.
the supply from the main feeds one of the two vents on the header... the second vent on the header tank (left side of picture) is to fill. The third
fitting  finally goes to the turbine.

...
Here we see the third line added to turbine... and the vent run to outside.. I put in the door so you can instantly see any overflow and to hide
the vent.

                 Fuel system mod:

Ok, This is what we want ultimately, the fuel filter sitting vertically to eliminate the chance of air bubbles
forming and causeing and engine-out. I used and landing gear skid tee to make a bracket, the small hole
lets you use an allen wrench to tighten the 3 mm counter sunk screw used. This was a bolt location for
just the spacer that holds the ECU junction box. It goes from pump to filter , to shut-off valve, to solenoid
then onto turbine..

...
The GAS hook up is as follows... quick release to Y fitting, one line to the tank, the other to the filter then on the turbine. I made these brackets
to hold everything in place. (use one strip of teflon tape to help seal the filter).

.......
iI insulated my GAS tank... what the hec?                        Oh no! we have awoken  the Jet-Cat again! eeek! (now we better finish-up)

....
The running boards  are made from the lind steel wires and CA gluing the plywood to the steps... I decided to recess the step into the wing here
a little as I have seen it done both ways on various prototypes. The wires are bent over on the inside and JB welded into place.
