First glue up is the support
bulkheads...wait to dry , then slide stabs into place, tack c/a
after assureing perfect alingment. Next I use pins into wood to "space"
the stabs for scale
appearance .

Next 2 mm holes are drilled...one
into each stab above the I-beam type spar, the balsa
catches the glue and attaches the balsa to carbon to stab in one fell swoop!
only 4 cc's
of glue is needed to acheive perfect bonding. Right and light! no extra
glue needed nor
desired.
