First tape the
doors after they are fitted to holes very tightly against body.
Next scribe inner
opening with fine line marker to produce a guide for alingment.

Cut all
of fiberglass sheet away from frames and sand them with 150-220 to shape.
Due to the contour
variances it MAY or may not be necessary to cut relief slices in
upper areas of door frame to make them fit the doors, We are NOT
trying to force the
doors to the frame, rather the oppposite, relaxing the frame to the doors,
then freezeing
them into position
permanently by gluing them together.Even with relief cuts,
once glued the
strength is amazing!
...
Note: 1/16" gap
all around min. Make sure the center window
beam has enough
on both sides for "s" ruuber. If not, sand it
down a bit thinner
til sufficent gap is achieved (approx 1/8").

Door now fits
relaxed with frame tacked into place with c/a glue. Then we pull it out
for glueing
with epoxy and micro balloon filler.
NOW, the timng
part, we WAIT for the glue to be setting up BEFORE we set them back
into the model
for final taping /drying. Wax paper is used to protect jamb from sticking
to door. Most
important!
