Special thanks to Scalecopter.de for the superb exhaust system, from drawings we had the system here within
two weeks. Intercooled tips stay cool! superb welds insure a leak free installation and the heavy wall pipe
will stand the heat without early fatigue.

Trimmed and ready to go! Gussets were made to stiffen the tail section of this BK-117, now it is all tied together.
..
Airspace around the tips provide addtional cooling and helps to evacuate the fuse from hotter air. It doesnt come close to any
of the glass and this is great!

Hand-cut cooling slots keep the cowl happy!
1st flight was perfect! It is big though!!!
