I added this scale fuel filler cap that will be functional, a loop of fuel line will hang low enough in the cooling hole
to have a shut off device for re-fueling... simple, effective and very scale. This is Tetra-fuel dot available from
Central Hobbies.com. This is what my ship is going to look like when completed, scale floats and all.

Lower windows are added to doors as per the fullsize subject I am going for.
(You can skip this step as there are many subjects that do not have this feature.)

.......
Halves for horz. stab are carfully cut and glued on a flat surface using thin CA glue only, No kicker! With care
these results can be easily achieved. Make sure to line up your marks and panel lines! The excess gets cut away
then sanded. Mounted on the carbon support they will be dead solid.

......
Once drilled with an 8 mm hole 20 mm from the leading edge, level the stabs with the flat part of the upper rear
cowl (doghouse). Mark them off them then if wanted, drill a 5 mm hole for wire access for nav lights. A hole
will be drilled in rear driveshaft support bulkhead for taillights anyway. Lights will be slightly behind carbon support.

......
Sand the inside of fin to prep for the 2mm skid, bend as shown and as per plan. Installed unit  shown here.
Use BVM epoxy here.

Rear tailfin back up supports butt up to tail rotor bulkhead
The pen line shows where this lower part of the glass will
be ground off. Also you need to open up room for tail
linkage just slightly... We'll get to final install of rear fin
shortly.

.080 button head allen screws added to boom for scale effect...
