.......
Ok, I decided to cut extra shrould clearance in the forward plate, they are bolted up tight then test fit dry to H-7
and and the rear block. When I am sure the cowl fits with mast exiting dead center I then pull the mechs, clamp in
the pieces  (H-7 and rear angle block) and flood them with thin CA. Thin CA won't form a bead to interfere with
square mounting of the mech plates. I re-set the mechs, check the upper cowl fit once more to be sure then tack
the mech plates into place. It is at this point I chose to enlarge the fuse holes for easier access, then re-remove
the mechs and finish CA gluing with thick CA. BVM epoxy will be used in key areas later.

............
Rear wedge in place, check that the mech plates sit flat a square, there is some slop room for adjustment to cowl
opening, use it if needed. Shown here are the mechs in place bolted up tight. Very compact for over 3 hp! Muffler
and start adapter still need to be installed.

......
This is what I get when all done, central position with apporx 2.5 degrees forward tilt. While finishing up the
upper cowl fit I chose to add some scale openings to this area and add some latch locations.

......
The tunnel hump made of ABS is added using thick CA. Here is the upper cowl brace installed using thin CA
first, then followed up with thick later (its best to have the heli vertical for this step). Holes may need slight adjustment
although none was needed here.

......
I finished up triming the cockpit floor and beveling the edge leaving about 2-3 mm gap. Here you can see the
entire floor bolted down, H-4 and H-5 bulkheads are glued in at this point for good.

......
The next step is to ensure the exhaust exits in the right place, I may trim this tip only slightly later...Next step is to
finish the scale treatments on the landing gear.
