Final paint/assembly sequence:
It appears that "Jet-Cat" is ready to wrap this build-up UP!

Here is the base coat of silver,
now we wetsand the clear coat that is over this very
gently and we can begin the graphic work, then
the second coat of clear goes on!
This is relatively inexpensive paint, Dupont
Nason system. Mercedes 2004 silver.
Here we have the final paint work completed and
she is ready for final assembly! My favorite part!

Exhaust work is now complete with heat sheild
installed on boom (made from alu-metal tape).

Final wiring in place with redundant heavy load
swtiches... these take servo loads off the reciever. Lighting wires
lay on top secured with velcro to other harness
and more velcro to floor. Anntenae detail also shown here made
from scrap ABS plastic.

Still need to add air hoses to floats but
you can get the idea...wire cutters now in place. Stay tuned for final
pics!
