This light set was made for this model using MAXX Lights (www.maxxlights.com). I can now begin the finish
installation of the stabs as I route the wires using the fishing line method illustrated in Page 10 of this build. This
system uses super high intensity L.E.D.'s and high quality 2 conductor wire to save weight. Here I added scale
fairings carved from ABS for a scale housing on the stabs. The stabs get final glued to the body using BVM
epoxy.

This white constant on taillight gets gooped into the stock tail light housing. This is a press fit for access later
at anytime to the tail bolt which secures the fin. I use a plug junction on both fin lights for easy removal.

Keep enough slack in the wire for access. I chose to use the stock reflector housings and put some white
MAXX Lights in them and then mounted them in the included landing light bucket . This gets installed after all
paint work is done.

It is daytime in my shop and there is no trouble seeing these lights! Here the red strobe is in place in the fin.
The housing is from Radio-shack. MAXX Lights are unique in that each light has it's own micro chip to tell it
wether it is a strobe or constant light. I do like the stobe effect too, very realistic.

Wow! now that is a tail light, the housing is flooded with light and the orientaion of the stabs can be seen in daylight.
The system has one white tail light, a red strobe for top of fin, nav lights in green and red for stabs, a white strobe
for the doghouse (upper cowl), a white strobe for the belly and two white landing lights for the nose. Also seen
here is some minor sport-scale detail to spruce up the instrument panel , hood is made from scrap ABS plastic
attached with thin CA glue.
