Exhaust :

......
I chose to insulate this area to protect it from residual heat, although the double wall tips with thier venturi effect
will prevent much of the heat from affecting this area, it is better to be safe than sorry. Two blankets are used ,
one larger than the other and both are held in place with some goop to tack them in a few spots. We do not
want total adhesion, just enough to hold them in a few well placed spots.

......
The second layer is held with three thick spots of goop and are being spaced with some mixing sticks until dry.
This way there is a layer of free air between the blankets. Here you can also see the exhaust just before I shape
the tips. This is a very short and light system with double wall tips making full use of the venturi effect of the outer
tips which will protrude past the inner pipes.

.......
Tips are just about finished as Jet-Cat A.K.A. "Jodi" naps for a while....

Pipe is installed and works very well with no heat issues as the dual wall tips really do the job.
